My name is Shannon, and after years of working for OMD, I’m now the very proud owner of this awesome company.

My career with animals began after graduating from Georgian College’s Animal Care Worker program - specializing in Animal Cruelty Investigations. I held a position with the OSPCA, overseeing the adoption center. I continued with a full time role at Queen West Animal Hospital for over 8 years along with several years of training with Noah’s Wish - a non-profit organization that assists in animal rescue and welfare in times of natural disasters.

Taking over OMD was the next natural step for me, and I’m committed to upholding the same high standards and providing the same exceptional customer service.

Like my predecessor, I believe in continuing education, which is why I’ve taken numerous force-free dog training seminars and classes on canine body language. I believe this in an important factor in what makes a good dog walker a great one.

I hope to meet your dog one day!
